After 250 days in the NICU and nearly a year living in Denver, our hearts are pulling us home — back to Steamboat Springs.

Our daughter Marlowe was born at just 25 weeks, weighing a little over a pound. She has fought through more than most of us will face in a lifetime. Today, she’s thriving. Joyful. Curious. Determined. And finally ready to come home to the mountains.
But as we prepare for this next chapter, we’re facing a new challenge: finding someone special — a nurse or nanny — who can help us care for Marlowe in our rural community.
Marlowe has a trach and ongoing medical needs, but more than anything, she needs someone kind and attentive to help her grow. We live just outside of Steamboat, off 131, and we’re looking for someone flexible, caring, and calm under pressure — a true Mary Poppins with a bit of medical training (or the willingness to learn).
This isn’t just a job. It’s a chance to be part of something deeply meaningful. To help a little girl who’s already defied the odds live the life she deserves — not in a hospital or a city far from home, but here, surrounded by snow, sky, and family.
We love Denver. We’re beyond grateful to the providers who gave Marlowe the chance to come this far. But Steamboat is our home. It’s where our two boys run wild, where we’ve built our life, and where Marlowe belongs too.
If you or someone you know might be the person we’re looking for — whether you're a nurse, a nanny, or someone in between — please reach out. We’d love to talk.
With gratitude,
Amy, Corey, Steele, Bodie & Marlowe
